Infrastructure Project Manager

    We have been engaged to source an experience Project Manager that has experience in delivering large complex infrastructure based projects. 

    Our client is a global systems integrator that in looking for help from someone that is able to demonstrate the below skills and experience:

    • Manage IT Infrastructure Projects starting from collecting the requirements, making a work breakdown structure, defining the scope of the project, estimating the time and the cost of the budget, till execution and closure as well as managing the projects during the operations.
    • Manage Project constraints that is Scope, Time and Cost, by stringent change control processes and procedures.
    • Organized project kick-off workshops with Key stakeholders.
    • Manage projects by tracking risks, issues, scope, time, cost, constraints and resources by having weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Reported Green, Amber, Red statuses of project milestones to key stakeholders on a weekly basis.
    • Capture requirements from the project teams including the architect, subject matter experts and client meticulously to define the scope of the project.
    • Create maximum business value by understanding the need of the customers, and accordingly planning and executing project deliverables.
    • Research and involve in Technical discussions and get motivated to learn new technologies.
    • Use Tools like ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, MS Office Suite like Excel, Visio etc.
    • Identify and manage stakeholders by defining not even by the role played them, but also by the influence they have on the successful delivery of the project.
    • Engineer the usage of Emotional Intelligence and collaborative techniques for the success of the project
    • Manage technology projects, defining milestones and success criteria, budget/resource planning and allocation.
    • Interact with different technical and business stakeholders in order to translate complex requirements into recommendations for appropriate solution with automation at it the core.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Work with different technical groups to look for ways to package up projects that demonstrate cash saves.
    • Assist in drafting business case and show saves/project timelines, etc.
    • Consolidate tools and processes to improve productivity and achieve cost savings.

    Due to the nature of the client there will be a requirement for you to undergo and successfully pass National Police Checks and various background checks.
